- And a thicker, wider, non-marking bonded outsoleThe DISCIPLE Low is cut snug for a performance fit. It hugs the foot. For wide feet or a more traditional athletic shoe fit, go up a half size. If you're between sizes ("Gee, I don't know. 9, 9½ maybe, ...") go up half a size. When in doubt, call us.
